Flu Shots

Who needs a flu vaccine? Everyone, every year!

Influenza is a virus infection that spreads from person to person through coughing and sneezing. Even healthy people can get the flu, and it can be serious. That’s why everyone age six months and older should get a flu vaccine every year. This season, protect yourself and those around you by getting a flu vaccination.

Don’t let the flu sideline you! Get vaccinated.

Putnam County Health Department begins offering the flu vaccine in September. You can call our office at 304-757-2541 to schedule an appointment or visit us on Facebook for details about upcoming community clinic opportunities.
