Proposed Revisions to PCHD’s Fees for Permits

The Putnam County Board of Health is accepting comments on proposed revisions to the Putnam County Health Department’s Fees for Permits. The Board of Health has agreed to match its current fee schedule with the state allowable rates based upon the passing of an amendment to the existing legislative rule Title 64, Series 30, 64CSR30, Fees for Permits. The WV State Legislature passed this on March 05, 2020, filed April 15, 2020.

Written comments may be sent by mail to: Putnam County Board of Health, PO Box 892, Winfield, WV 25213, or by e-mail to putnamlhd@wv.gov.  All comments must be postmarked or received via e-mail by October 17, 2022, to be considered by the Board of Health.
