The Putnam County Board of Health voted at the April 16, 2024 regular Board of Health meeting to change its Environmental Health Fee for Permit Payment Schedule. Those changes are open for comment starting April 19, 2024 and ending May 19, 2024. Click the button below to view the proposed changes.

Written comments should be sent to: Putnam County Board of Health, PO Box 892, Winfield WV or by e-mail to putnamlhd@wv.gov.  All comments must be postmarked or received through e-mail by May 19, 2024 in order to be considered by the Board of Health.
