REGISTER FOR A COVID-19 VACCINATION APPOINTMENT
Current as of 04/05/2021
West Virginians age 18 and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Putnam County Health Department is currently hosting several vaccination clinics each week. Please visit the link below for information about dates, times, clinic locations, and to make an appointment.
NOTE: If you’ve pre-registered with the state for a vaccine, but have not yet been contacted for an appointment, please use the new appointment scheduling link above. This new, local scheduling tool for Putnam County vaccination clinics replaces the need to pre-register on West Virginia’s vaccination website.
Vaccination clinic appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be based on vaccine availability each week. Information at the appointment link will be regularly updated. If you are not able to get an appointment in one of our current clinics, please check back for a new round of clinic dates next week.
For those with limited access to technology or who may need assistance with online appointment registration, please call 304-757-2541. A Putnam County Health Department staff member will be happy to help schedule your appointment.
