Putnam County Health Officer Joins Healthcare Leaders Across WV in Open Letter Urging COVID-19 Vaccination

December 14, 2021, marked exactly one year since the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was administered outside of a clinical trial. On the anniversary of such a remarkable feat, Putnam County Health Officer Dr. Michael E. Robie joined more than 30 medical and public health experts from across the state with his endorsement of an open letter strongly urging West Virginians to get vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
